Shipping Policy for FOKUS

1. Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer two shipping options through USPS:

• Standard Shipping: $6 flat rate, delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, express options are available at checkout.

Orders over $55 qualify for free standard shipping.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS, and delivery times depend on the selected shipping method.

4. Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-4 business days.
• Express Shipping: Delivery times will be provided at checkout based on the USPS service chosen.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package through USPS.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier, please contact us at info@fokusglasses.com as soon as possible. We will resend your order once the damaged item has been returned to us.
